• The Boyd McCandless Award recognizes young scientists
who have made distinguished contributions to developmental

• The Early Career Outstanding Paper Award recognizes a
graduate student or early career scientist who has published, or
has in press, an outstanding paper in the previous year. Send to

Psychology recognizes an author of a book that has had a
profound effect on one or more of the areas represented by Div.

a concussion toolkit
Div. 40 (Society for Clinical Neuropsychology) has
developed an online “Concussion Toolkit” of empirically
based resources on concussion assessment and treatment,
available at http://medschool.ucdenver.edu/concussion-
toolkit. The kit offers materials and data that can aid
advocacy, a state-by-state repository of concussion law, and
special sections for military and sport psychologists. Div.
40 created the resource with Divs. 19 (Society for Military
Psychology), 22 (Rehabilitation), 31 (State, Provincial
and Territorial Psychological Association Affairs), and 47
(Exercise and Sport) with support from the Committee
