DWS 001 integrating technology
into Behavioral health
care: Lessons from the
department of defense
This intermediate workshop addresses common questions/
comments on identifying technology-based solutions available for
delivering high-quality evidence-based care. Mobile applications
offer new opportunities to maintain the fidelity to research-proven approaches and can be effectively applied to self-help
care, prevention efforts, and resilience skills/attitudes. Participants
will be introduced to a range of web-based applications and
mobile applications derived in part from the Department of
Defense initiatives. There will be some demonstration and hands-on experience. Participants are welcome to bring Apple- and
Android-based mobile devices.
