Workshop space limitations are controlled by the APA Office
of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP); please do not
contact the workshop presenter regarding space limitations.
Workshop Ticket Admission ticket(s) are preprinted with your name, workshop title, date, time, and location.
Attendance at each workshop will be verified by your admission
ticket and a sign-in sheet. Your workshop ticket(s) will be mailed
to you before the convention if you enroll online by July 1, 2012,
or by mail to the CEP Office by June 25, 2012.
If you enroll after the above dates, you WILL NEED TO PICK UP
workshop ticket(s) at one of the following locations:
The Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Drive,
CE Enrollment Booth located in the APA Registration Area, West
Halls A4/B3 level two, Wednesday, August 1 from 3:00–8:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 2–Saturday, August 4 from 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.,

Refund Policy Requests for refunds must be
submitted to the CEP Office by e-mail ( email@example.com) on
or before August 5, 2012.
▲ Refunds requested by June 30, 2012,
will be charged a 25% service charge PER workshop.
▲ Refunds requested by July 31, 2012,
will be charged a 50% service charge PER workshop.
▲ Refunds requested by August 5, 2012,
will be charged a 75% service charge PER workshop.
▲ NO refunds will be issued after August 5, 2012.
CEP Workshop Cancellation Policy
The APA CEP Office reserves the right to cancel a workshop due
to insufficient enrollment (seven or fewer enrollees). If the CEP
Office cancels a workshop, enrollees will be notified immediately
and will receive a full refund.
Special Services Persons with disabilities who
require special accommodations while attending workshops
should contact CEP Office ( firstname.lastname@example.org) by July 6, 2012.
Accommodations Convention registration is NOT
required to enroll in a CE workshop; however, we encourage
you to register for the convention to attend all convention
sessions ( 1 and 2 hours in length) and visit the APA Exhibit Hall.
The APA CEP Office does not arrange hotel accommodations.

Shuttle Bus During the Orlando convention, APA will
provide a shuttle bus system. Details on shuttle bus schedule and
location of pick-up will be available onsite.
